Dear Redditch Borough Council,
could you please tell me how many Appeals to Members have occurred in the last 5 years and how many of them have resulted in the appellant being successful
Appeals to Members being the final stage of the Grievance Policy at RBC .

By law I should have received a response by 31st March 2011 . That was 15 days ago . AS USUAL RBC are a law unto themselves ....apparently not answerable to anyone and certainly not accountable to the Redditch Public . This typifies the problems throughout England whereby Parliament allows the incompetence of Council Officers and Councillors alike to "run amok" with their "never to be questioned policies " .Central Govt needs to get a grip and get hold of the reins by taking responsibility instead of placing the responsibility in the hands of morale - lacking management .Ranty , is that a term to protect the site from critcism ?
