Dear Freedom of Information,

Could you assist further here as part of the response is mistaken. I've used the anti social reporting form and many others have (thinking of the Bradford 4 Better campaign group) and many incidents are not getting logged. My personal experience suggests maybe 30%, many B4B members report from 30 to 100% of theirs never getting a reply with a log number.

Could you check with your IT department if they can get a count of submissions to compare, if not can you ask them to add a count so next year we can track actual form submissions versus call logs.

Incidentally I think I do have an email where I had a refusal to log a call from using the form so it's absolutely certain not 100% of calls are logged.

Dear Freedom of Information,

Could you clarify a point, when anti social complaints are logged online, does the system automatically create that as an incident log or does the online anti social complaint get manually reviewed and then logged?

If it's the former maybe calls are simply being closed without communication back to those submitting them?
