Dear Lis,
Re: FOI 23/223
I refer to your request for information dated 26 March 2023 and given the
reference number above. I have considered this request under the
provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“FOIA”).
You requested the following information from the Council:
How many 3 bed houses in the tonbridge and malling district that are empty
and are awaiting to go onto the bidding site kenthomechoice? And are
awaiting tenants?
I can confirm that we do not hold this information. The properties that
are usually advertised on Kent Homechoice are owned by social housing
providers not the Council. For information the main social housing
provider within Tonbridge & Malling BC is Clarion Housing Group.
Internal Review
If you are dissatisfied with this response, you can request an internal
review of the decision by making a request to [1][Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council request email].
Complain to the Information Commissioner
If you are not content after the Council has conducted an internal review
of your case, then you may apply directly to the Information Commissioner
(ICO) for a decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted in
writing at: The Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water
Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
