How long does it take to make a PIP payment after a successful appeal?

The request was refused by Department for Work and Pensions.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I would like to know how long the department takes to start payments of PIP following a successful appeal please.
If an exact time cannot be given then how long, on average is it taking to make payments in 2016.

Yours faithfully,

Paul
