My apologies that we haven’t been able to get back to you by the 28th May.

I have checked with our Planning Department and they have confirmed that they haven't received any letters from North Norfolk District Council in regards to empty properties on Station Road, Hoveton. If you could provide any details in regards to those letters, i.e who it was addressed to and possibly a date, I can take a further look.

Dear Mr Wilkinson,

In your Freedom of Information request dated 29 April 2021, you requested
correspondence between the NNDC and the BA

... Letters have been sent to the Broads Authority from NNDC regarding
empty/derelict properties on Station Road Hoveton. The BA responded to
this letter from NNDC.

Please provide a copy of the letters between the authorities.

However, the extracts of the minutes from Hoveton Parish Council meeting
in your email below are referring to a letter from Hoveton Parish Council
to the Broads Authority.

Please find an extract from Hoveton Parish Council Minutes of May 5 2021

"13.2 It was AGREED that another letter would be send to NNDC and BA with
regard to the

dereliction on Station Road."

Please find an extract from Hoveton Parish Council Minutes of 1st March
2021

"11.3.1 It was AGREED that a letter would be sent by the clerk to both
NNDC and

Broads Authority in regards to Station Road."

Can I therefore please suggest that you either request the required
correspondence from Hoveton PC directly, or alternatively raise a new FOI
stating clearly what information you request from the Broads Authority.
