8. 224196.doc - 38k
Undated file note - Reference KR/009649/224196
The author of this file note is presumed to be Cllr Dixon but to which file or persons this is written for is unknown.
This file note is compiled from communications the district councillor has had on the drainage issues with
1. Anglian Water
2.
Mr Martin of Hilcot

The FOI specifically and critically requests sight of the primary source documents.
While this file note is detailed it is a translation of the primary source communications requested under FOI.
As the district councillor who presumably wrote this file note uses quotation makes from a statement from AW - there are obviously notes from a phone call[s] and/or meetings.

Therefore, I request full disclosure of the primary source notes for these communications. Please note, It is incredulous to believe that the file note by the district councillor was written off the top of the head and/or from memory.

Further, the district councillor states that he has visited the site and was briefed by Mr Martin.
Therefore, I request full disclosure of the primary source notes for the meeting with Mr Martin.

Finally, I seek confirmation of point D of the orginal FOI request.
Please could NNDC confirm that there was no communication between NNDC planning and Cllr Dixon on the flooding, surface water and sewage issues in Hoveton from 1.1.18 to 17.1.18?

I look forward to NNDC.
Yours sincerely,

Dear [Name Removed]

Thank you for your email.  Please accept my apologies for the delay in
replying.

There is no information omitted from the Council's response to your FOI
request.  In respect of the logo attachments, which were provided, these
were on the original emails which I sent to you, therefore I did not
remove these.   There are logo attachments and not part of the FOI
response.

In respect of item 8, Cllr Dixon has confirmed that it is his practice to
write up notes for his own use after telephone conversations, site visits,
meetings etc.  These are not written off the top of his head but from
transcripts from phone pad "key points" jottings, which he has since
discarded.  Therefore the primary source of information is not held. There
were no notes taken during his site visit with Mr Martin.  The AW
statement in "quotes" is simply that reported to him from one of the
residents.  Cllr Dixon is happy to discuss this further if you so wish to
contact him.

If you remain unhappy with this response, you can request  an internal
review, as set out in my original email.

Yours sincerely
