b) How many households were in each band or category of the list?
c) What are the eligibility criteria for each band/category ?
d) What is the minimum criteria to be accepted onto your housing waiting list?

has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act

c) What are the eligibility criteria for each band/category
· Band 1 = for applicants with an urgent priority for allocation,
for example:
People with severe medical or disability problems which make it difficult
for them to manage in their homes.
· Band 2 = for applicants with an increased preference for
allocation because they are, for example, working and/or foster carers of
a Croydon Looked After child.
· Band 3 = for applicants with a moderate need to move, for
example:
People living in moderately overcrowded accommodation i.e., needing two
bedrooms.
People accepted as homeless with the full housing duty.
d) What is the minimum criteria to be accepted onto your housing waiting
list
Moderate level of overcrowding, i.e., overcrowded by 2 bedrooms.
People with moderate medical or disability problems which affect their
ability to manage in their homes.
