Dear Mr. Green,

Thank you for your request. Could you assist us by clarifying one of your
questions please?

6.       What is the current average monthly cost paid by the Council in
rent (inclusive of Housing Benefit contributions) for a room in:

a) temporary accomodation

b) permanent private accommodation

c) socially rented/ housing association owned accommodation

We’re not clear what you mean here. The Council does not pay rent as is
suggested. Are you referring to Local Housing Allowance rates for Housing
benefit purposes?

Please note that we will not be able to answer this question until
clarification is received.

Yours sincerely
