The National Park Authority has collected data relating to the number of

3 was taken from the Local Land Property Gazetteer which is held by
Pembrokeshire County Council and the number of self-catering properties
from Pembrokeshire County Council’s bedspace survey (2013). More
up-to-date information may be available from Pembrokeshire County Council.

self-catering holiday lets?
Please see the response to question 1 above. Further information may be
available from Pembrokeshire County Council.

subject to the empty homes/second homes Council Tax premium?

The National Park Authority does not have this information. Council Tax
collection is a function of Pembrokeshire County Council.

(4) How many new homes were built within the Pembrokeshire Coast National
Park between the start of the financial year 2015/16 and the end of the
financial year 2019/20?

recorded as being completed in the National Park.

(5) How many of the homes at 4 above were designated as either affordable
