Housing Stock Transfer
Dear Gwynedd Council,
I make this request under the provisions of the FOI Rules & Regulations .
Please can you answer the following:
Gwynedd council transferred its housing stock to CCG.
What was the actual date of stock transfer ?
How many Properties were officially transferred ?
How much Money did Gwynedd receive for the Stock ?
How was this money paid to Gwynedd ?
What Date was this money paid to Gwynedd ?
What due Diligence Checks were in taken that CCG were the Company to Take Over the Stock?
Which officers prepared reports for council about the stock transfer ?
Is there a copy of the said reports ?
Whilst I understand some of these questions may raise an eyebrow or two, please note that if for any reason you cannot answer one of the questions in this request then please do not delay the answers of the other questions.
