Good Afternoon

Thank you for your request for information in relation to the provision of
Housing Software at North Norfolk District Council.

We have considered it under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“the
Act”) and can partially respond to your request.

The details you require are:

1a. Who is the incumbent supplier for the provision of the council's
Housing Register software?

Locata Housing Services

1b. Start date and duration of the contract?

A contract for the continued provision of the software has been in place
since 2013 in order to maintain seamless delivery of the Council's housing
and homelessness service.

1c. Has a decision been made as to whether the existing contract will be
renewed/extended?

The Contract due for renewal in 2024 we are currently considering the best
way to proceed.

1d. What has been the average annual spend to date for the council's
current Housing Register software?

The average spend is around £20k pa, however the Council has agreed cost
sharing arrangements with our partners who contribute to 40% of the annual
costs by way of recharge.

1e. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for
this contract?

1f. Please provide any specification/documentation relating to the last
procurement exercise for this contract

we consider this information exempt from disclosure under section 43(2) of
the Act. This is because information about the contracts  is information
that would or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of
any person (including an individual, a company, NNDC itself or any other
legal entity).  Additionally,  Locata services are on the G-Cloud 13
Framework Agreement, which is managed by the Crown Commercial Service. The
G-Cloud Framework enables public sector organisations to review and
purchase cloud software and services from suppliers listed on the
Framework.

2a. Who is the incumbent supplier for the councils Homelessness Case
Management software? As per our response to 1A

2c. Has a decision been made as to whether the existing contract will be

current Homelessness Case Management software? This is included as part of
our response to 1D
