Thank you for your Freedom of Information requests, which were received by
both South Oxfordshire District Council and Vale of White Horse District
Council, logged under 23/546 (SOUTH) & 23/460 (VALE). Please note that the
two councils operate as a shared service hence this joint response. Please
accept my apologies for the delay.

Under Section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 2000 Act) you
are entitled to be informed in writing whether the council holds the
information specified in your request and, if that is the case, to have
that information communicated to you unless any of the statutory
exemptions apply. I have considered your request and can confirm we do
hold some of the information asked and I do not believe that any statutory
exemptions apply to your request. Please find below the information you
requested:

1a. Who is the incumbent supplier for the provision of the council's
Housing Register software?

1b. Start date and duration of the contract?

1c. Has a decision been made as to whether the existing contract will be
renewed/extended?

Management software?

2c. Has a decision been made as to whether the existing contract will be

current Homelessness Case Management software?

2e. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for
this contract?

2f. Please provide any specification/documentation relating to the last
procurement exercise for this contract

• Civica Abritas is the incumbent supplier for both the Housing Register
and Homelessness Case Management software
• The current contract commenced on 01/04/2022 and expires 30/03/2024
• No decision has been made regarding contract renewal
• The average annual spend for the Housing Register and Homelessness
Case Management software combined is £58,066.13, split 50:50 between
South Oxfordshire & Vale of White Horse District Councils
• Mr Phil Ealey, Housing Needs Manager, is the senior officer
responsible for the contract
• Please find attached the specification/documentation relating to the
last procurement exercise for this contract

Please treat this as the councils’ formal response under the 2000 Act.  If
you are not satisfied with the decision I have made in response to your
request, you can make a request for an internal review by emailing

email]  within 40 working days from the date we issued our response. If
you remain dissatisfied after following that procedure, you have the right
under Section 50 of the 2000 Act to complain to the Information
