Dear Lambeth Council,
You have stated you are unable to provide the fully requested data owing to it allowing an individual(s) to be identified.

The definition of personal data is set out in provision 3 of the Data Protection Act 2018
as follows:-
(2)“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable living
individual
(3)“Identifiable living individual” means a living individual who can be identified, directly
or indirectly, in particular by reference to—
(a)an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data or an online
identifier, or
(b)one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental,
economic, cultural or social identity of the individual.

The parameters requested as part of this request would not and could not allow any individual to be identified by them. I.e. What the status of the household is, the date they entered the household, etc. The volume of Lambeth social housing tenants which fall into a multitude of these categories are so vast that it would be impossible to identify any one individual.

Furthermore, the data you have provided in spite of this is insufficient. Please refer to a previous return on a request that is similar to the one requested here, whereby the full data is provided and compiled into a spreadsheet as this request was:

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/l...

Please therefore process this request accordingly and provide the response asap

Regards,
Al
