Thank you for your email received by the Housing Executive on 13th October
2023.  Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with your FOI request as
you have not provided us with your full name.           

Under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), in order for a request for
information to be valid under the FOIA, a request must fulfil the criteria
set out in Section 8 of the Act which is as follows:

 

              (a) is in writing,

              (b) states the name of the applicant and an address for
correspondence, and

              (c) describes the information requested.

 

A first name provided in isolation is not sufficient to meet this
requirement.  I would appreciate it if you would provide your full name to
us in order for us to process your request. I have also attached letter
regarding clarification of your request.
