Dear Poole Housing Partnership,
Please can you tell me the % of tenants and leaseholders using
direct debit as their payment method for rent or service charges?

Please can you give me the percentage based on:

The % of people paying by DD as a % of all people liable to make a
payment? (calculation excludes those on full benefit)

% paying by DD as a % of all tenants and leaseholders (statistic
includes those on full benefit and therefore not making a payment)

I write in response to your email of 16^th April concerning a Freedom of
Information request relating to Housing payments made by direct debit. 
The data I have on this goes back to November last year and applies only
to property managed by PHP (excluding garages) .  I hope this is
acceptable for your purpose – I do not believe the figures will have
changed to any meaningful degree since then.
 
In answer to questions you raise
 
The % of people paying by DD as a % of all people liable to make a
payment? (calculation excludes those on full benefit) is 45.94%
The % paying by DD as a % of all tenants and leaseholders (statistic
includes those on full benefit and therefore not making a payment) is
31.37%
 
If you require any further information on this matte please do not
