Housing payments made by direct debit

This request has been withdrawn by the person who made it. There may be an explanation in the correspondence below.

Dear Kensington and Chelsea TMO,

Please can you tell me the % of tenants and leaseholders using direct debit as their payment method for rent or service charges?

Please can you give me the percentage based on:

The % of people paying by DD as a % of all people liable to make a payment? (calculation excludes those on full benefit)

% paying by DD as a % of all tenants and leaseholders (statistic includes those on full benefit and therefore not making a payment)

Yours faithfully,

Zachary Jones

When this request was first sent, there was a delivery error and so the request was never received by the authority. It is now some time since this request was sent and so it would not be appropriate to re-send it to the correct address. We have therefore marked this request as "withdrawn".

We have since updated the contact details for this authority. Should you wish, you could send a new request for the information.
