I am writing to ask you to clarify your request. This is because we need
further details from you in order to identify and locate the
information. Therefore I should be grateful if you would confirm:

Q. 1 Do you mean wheelchair-accessible units?
Q. 2 Information about 'disability' is collected for equalities monitoring
purposes from applicants who are happy to complete those sections of the
application form(s) but there is no binary indicator within our systems
that flags up whether an applicant has a disability or not. We will
provide what we can stats-wise around disability and explain our
methodology. Additionally, you have not requested a time period for this
question. Can you please confirm the period?

I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let me know by 30/09/2019.

If I do not hear from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it
that you do not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request
