Could I please request the following information from you:
1. The list of HMO's in the county. Please could you detail the HMO address, the landlords name and their address, preferably in an excel or word file please.
2. A list of the long term empty properties within the council area
3. A list of any property owners who have fallen behind on mortgage problems and may have had court hearings on this issue.

Council’s response:

 

1. Please see attached Licensed HMO register;  This is for the Bradford
district only.  We do not hold county-wide records.

2. Please see attached Word document with rationale for response to your
Empty Homes data request;

3. We do not hold data from the Courts Service.  All the data you request
would be contained within County Court records and in the public domain
already.

 

If you are not satisfied with this response you have the right to ask for
an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within
one month of the date of receipt of the response to your original letter
and should be addressed to Freedom of Information Officer, City of
