Dear Cardiff Council,

Can you confirm the following for me:
1. Total number of council-owned homes as of January 2024
2. Number of homes with a valid electrical safety test between January 2017 - January 2024
3. Number of homes that failed a valid electrical safety test between January 2017 - January 2024
4. Number of homes currently recorded as having failed an electrical safety test as of January 2024
5. Actual or estimated cost of ensuring all homes are compliant with electrical safety standards
