Dear Nottingham City Council,
Please will you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom of Information Act -
For each of the financial years 2010/11 and 2011/12
1) The total actual expenditure on Discretionary Housing Payments
2) The maximum limit allowed for expenditure on DHPs
3) The central government grant allocation towards DHPs
4) The total number of applications to the DHP scheme for each year
5) The number of successful applications for each year.
In addition, the Certification of Claims and Returns 2010/11

makes a reference on p5 to a report by the District Auditor to the Head of Revenue and Benefits concerning further errors in HB/CTB claims. Please will you provide me with a copy of that letter.
