Housing Benefit Time

We're waiting for John Buchanan to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Shropshire Council,

Please provide any and all email correspondence from your Benefits managers to any and all staff confirming your housing benefit processing timescales, for:

Quarter 4 (January 2019 to March 2019) - dates to match those given to DWP for reporting.

I request email information be obtained from your servers, rather than individual staff/management equipment with documents verified as such by Information Request teams.
