Good Morning Luke,

Thank you for your email dated 23rd October 2015.

Most or our supported accommodation is now classed as Housing Association payments and the payments are included in with the normal HA payments in the subsidy and not separately identified.

Year No. Supported/Exempt claims of which 'old' exempt accommodation Total paid above rent officer decision
2015/16 447 5 5670.52
2014/15 518 13 45778.65
2013/14 567 13 50546.26
2012/13 635 15 42264.35
2011/12 666 31 59205.33
2010/11 703 29 48359.67

The 'old' exempt accommodation has reduced because the providers have become registered social landlords which means they are treated under the RSL rules.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the office.
