Private tenant HB claims paid direct to landlord: 3098

Council tenant HB claims (Paid to landlord as default): 12479

 

Please note that the statistics provided were for the period 1 April 2018
to 31 March 2019.

 

What is the Council criteria for having the housing benefit element paid
directly to a landlord? Eg private tenant

The Council has no specific criteria for paying housing benefit directly
to landlords, any criteria is based on Housing Benefit legislation.
