How many people have their housing benefit paid directly to their
landlord? In last year?

For 2018/19 we paid direct to landlord for 6251 addresses.
What is the Council criteria for having the housing benefit element paid
directly to a landlord? Eg private tenant  

Any decision to pay the landlord direct are made in accordance with the
Housing Benefit Regulation 2006.

 

If you wish to request an internal review of our response you should
