3, the proportion of checked decisions that were considered by the council to be erroneous

4, the efforts made by outsourced providers to prevent such errors from
recurring

5, the number of mandatory reconsiderations lodged against housing benefit and council tax benefit decisions for each of the last four years

6, the number of mandatory reconsiderations in favour of the individual claimant

7, the identity of the body undertaking such mandatory reconsiderations, ie the council or an outsourced provider and, if the latter, the identity of that outsourced provider.

Mandatory Reconsideration is one which does not appear in either the
Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit Regulations. In addition to this
Council Tax Benefit ceased at the end of March 2013 and was replaced with
Council Tax Reduction. Please clarify exactly what information you wish to
ask for in terms provided for in the Housing Benefit and Council Tax
Benefit (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 2001, the Tribunal Procedure
(First Tier Tribunal) (Social Entitlement Chamber) Rules 2008 or should
you wish to ask about Council Tax Reduction  Section 16 of the Local
Government Finance Act 1992.
 
6, the number of mandatory reconsiderations in favour of the individual
claimant The term Mandatory Reconsideration is one which does not appear
in either the Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit Regulations. In
addition to this Council Tax Benefit ceased at the end of March 2013 and
