Could you please provide the names of the Housing Associations and other social housing providers and managers that you have Partnership arrangements with in the Pimlico neighbourhood and the adjacent areas predominantly in the following wards:

Belgrave, Churchill, St. Georges, Millbank, Victoria and St. James.

Could you provide details of numbers of properties for each provider in each of the wards indicating numbers by bedroom quantity per property and the numbers that are set aside for supported housing - of all types.

Could you also provide details of how your partners are working to achieve the Decent Homes Standards in their properties and what their programmes are to achieve compliance, where they fail to meet those standards.

Could you confirm that achieving Decent Homes Standards is a pre-requisite for a Partnership Arrangement with Westminster City Council.

and from our Housing Association Section relating to Registered Social
Landlords (RSLs).

Could you also provide details of how your partners are working to
achieve the Decent Homes Standards in their properties and what
their programmes are to achieve compliance, where they fail to meet
those standards.

Could you confirm that achieving Decent Homes Standards is a
pre-requisite for a Partnership Arrangement with Westminster City
Council.

Regarding council housing please see the attached documents.

Information on RSLs' progress towards decent homes is included in the
second spreadsheet above, although
achieving decent homes is not a pre-requisite for a partnership agreement
with the City Council.
