1. Does the Human Rights Act apply to housing provision? If so, what are
the relevant clauses (letters/numbers) of this Act?

2. Does the Equality Act apply to housing? If so, please provide me with
the relevant clauses.

3. Does Protection from Harassment law apply to housing?

4. Does the Misuse of Communications Act apply to housing?

5. What other main laws (other than those that apply specifically to
Long-Leasehold) are on the statute book and apply to Housing situations?
 
We are writing to ask you to clarify your request. This is because we are
not certain that we have understood your request correctly and we need
further details from you in order to identify and locate the information.
 
Currently your request is mostly asking open ended questions with yes/no
answers, this is not a valid request and is also not enabling us to locate
recorded information related to your enquiry.  Therefore could you please
be more specific in relation to the information you are requesting.  If
