I am pleased to give the information you requested and hope that it meets your requirements.

1- From 1st January 2024 to 4 April 2024, please provide all correspondence and communications between you and the Scottish Government on a "housing emergency" and "systematic failure" with housing. Nil

2 - From 1st January 2024 to 4 April 2024, please provide all correspondence and communications between you and the Scottish Government on the number of families without permanent housing. Nil

3 - From 1st January 2024 to 4 April 2024, please provide all correspondence and communications between you and the Scottish Government on your Affordable Housing Programme.

No ‘correspondence and communications’ other than the outcome of internal business discussions, which would have been reported publicly through the Education, Leisure and Housing Committee.
