Our response is as follows:

1)I would like to access or see the advertisement of the property Lancey
close (SE7) a 3 bedroom house advertised in January 2022 in edition 785
please (including bed spaces and number of bedroom)?

Due the time that has lapsed, we cannot provide you with a copy of the
advertisement as it is no longer available. The advertisement is only
available while the edition is live. We can, however, provide you with
information about the property, as below:

LANCEY CLOSE, CHARLTON, SE7 8DN

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION      HOUSE

NUMBER OF BEDSPACES       4

NUMBER OF BEDROOMS       3 BED

2)What band was the successful applicant in and when were they awarded
this band?

Please see information below, as published in the Greenwich Info
newspaper. Please note that this information can no longer be found on the
Greenwich Homes webpages due to the time that has lapsed.

The successful applicant was in Band C and they were registered on
14/02/2011.
