Hours of Use of The Resource Centre by Central Hill Residents

Homes for Lambeth did not have the information requested.

Dear Homes for Lambeth,

Homes for Lambeth inhabit / occupy the The Resource Centre on the Central Hill Estate. Some of the London Borough of Lambeth's Housing Team are under the impression that this facility is also being used by the Residents' Association for their own use.

Please could you supply the number of hours in 2019/2020 that the C.H.E.R.A has been able to use this office for its own use, be it a meeting or a session of some sort?

If it is zero, please could Homes for Lambeth support the CHERA in its needs for a community centre?

Yours faithfully,

Sabine Mairey

sabine mairey,

Dear Tunde,

Thank you for this email. The Freedom of Information request is about the
historic use of the |Resource Centre on our estate not the willingness
that HfL has for us to use it. i strongly recommend you do not offer this
answer as I would refer it for an internal review. the answer is zero. you
maybe publish what you wish but it will have to be substantiated.

We also need to complete the documentation you would like the gardening
group to have regarding growing on the estate,

Yours,

Thank you,

Sabine

Dear Homes for Lambeth,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Homes for Lambeth's handling of my FOI request 'Hours of Use of The Resource Centre by Central Hill Residents'.

I don't know how a response to an email is published here on the webpage but, as it states, there is a need for an internal review. Surely the reply should be in facts and figures, not a willingness to co-operate.
Now that it has been mentioned in the reply, how often has Central Hill's RA used the office for photocopying and have they been previously informed that they can use it for this? And when?

Which local MP has 'used the office for monthly surgeries'? Do you mean that Helen Hayes has used the Resource Centre to meet with her constituents? If so, when? And how often?

You make a mockery of the FOI's ability to clarify points as you pay lip service to these questions and those originally asked.
