Thank you for your recent request for information which I have enclosed
below for ease of reference. Your request has been treated in accordance
with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and/or the Environmental
Information Regulations 2004.

I can confirm that we hold information that falls within the scope of your
request. The answers to your request are in the RED text below.

Please advise what the organisation has paid for Data Center Hosting for
the previous 5 years

Please note that our ICT services are provided by our partners, The Shared
Resource Services Wales (SRS)

The charge for Data Centre hosting is £16,500 per annum contract start
date was 1st July 2021. Prior to this date, the Council used in house data
centres. Please note that the Council has various contracts for cloud
hosted applications. However, application costs include licensing, support
and maintenance as well as hosting costs which are not identified
specifically so this information is not recorded.
