Dear Liverpool City Council,

For the period 27 June 2012 to 27 June 2013 let me have details of

the number of offers received for employees/councillors to attend sporting events split between officers and councillors

which officer/councillor was invited

the number of offers turned down using same split

the number of offers accepted using the same split

For the invitations that got accepted let me have details of which officer/councillor attended

What was the event

Who the invitation was from

What was the justification for accepting the offer

What hospitality was given

What was the tangible benefit to your organisation.

What expense was incurred by your organisation in the invitation being accepted , in other words what expenses got claimed by the person attending .
