Dear FOI Request - Portsmouth - Group Mailbox,
Thanks for your response to my request. It is much appreciated.
Could you please specify why the structural works had to be undertaken (i.e. what issues are there to be resolved). Please tell me the name of 'the main hospital' so I am clear.
I appreciate this may have to be processed as a new request, but could you please tell me if the identified structural works have caused operations to be postponed or cancelled, if so what type of operation, how many and when.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Please see below answer to your follow up questions.
Q .I am saying that your trust had one structural issue, as of 29/09/22 (the date of my request).
A. This is correct.
Q. I am saying the issue was corrosion of re-bar (reinforcement) at Queen Alexandra Hospital. If any of this is inaccurate, please tell me right away.
A. This is inaccurate the Trust response was “ We are aware of one area of the hospital that has some structural works to be carried out. The area of the hospital that has issues to be resolved is a service tunnel between the main hospital and the boiler house.”
To clarify, the structural issue relates to concrete spalling..
Kind Regards
