I hope whoever is reading this is well. This is a FOI Request.
1) Please could you state the number of structural maintenance issues at hospitals in your trust that are currently outstanding as of the date of this request (29/09/22). Please state the section of the hospital the issue was recorded in (e.g. oncology, radiology) using the categorisation system in your maintenance database.
2) Please could you provide a copy of any images held (preferably in .jpeg format) and videos (preferably in .mov format) of the outstanding maintenance issues, such as leaking walls, collapsed ceilings, or temporary structural supports holding up roofs, and the date they were taken.
Any personal information (pictures of staff or patients) can of course be removed from the media under section 40.

I am writing regarding your request for information dated 29/09/2022. In
order to identify if we hold the information you have requested, we will
need to seek some further clarification from you.
Please note that Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust do not run acute hospitals
but are a community NHS Trust and mental health service provider. We
manage hospital sites including Queen Mary’s Hospital, Sidcup and Memorial
Hospital in Woolwich as well as the Bracton Centre, our medium secure unit
for people with mental health needs.
I would be grateful if you could please clarify whether your request is
specifically directed at hospital sites managed by the Trust, or if you
are interested in any healthcare unit(s) owned by the Trust.
Please note that while Oxleas manage Queen Mary’s Hospital, Sidcup, the
local authority and several other local NHS trusts provide most of the

Please provide me with a response by 20/10/2022. Once we have received the
further clarification needed, we will be able to process your request
further. However, please note that in the meantime your request will be
placed on hold.
