Horizon Replacement Attempts
Dear Post Office Limited,
Since 2001, how many attempts have Post Office Limited made, to replace the Horizon (Fujitsu) system? If you can also advise what years this took place please also.
Thank you
Li Liyan

Dear information.rights,
Thank you very much for acknowledging receipt of my request and also thank you very much for clarifying. I appreciate this may have been asked before but could not pinpoint responses.
I am aware from the Inquiry that there was a replacement called "HNGX". When was this commenced and completed? Since then, have there been other attempts to replace Horizon/HNGX? If so, when did the work commence and end? I would like to know if they were successful or unsuccessful (if there were subsequent attempts). It would also be helpful if these further attempts were different systems please.
I hope that clarifies my ask. Thanks
Li Liyan
