Dear [email address],Thank you for a reply. This script must have an author who could explain what was meant surely?Failing that Ben Foat has built up an award winning team that can furnish a definition? If I was a Help Line Agent and asked what this phrase meant would I get the same reply?Just this week Sir Wyn reminded you “normal negotiating tactics often found in hard fought litigation in the courts should have no place in the administration of any of the schemes for compensation”. Do you think that also applies to FOI requests?
Yours sincerely,
john o'sullivan
Dear Mr O'Sullivan,
Thank you for your email. Please can you confirm whether or not you are requesting an internal review?

Yours sincerely,
