Dear Homes England,

Request for Information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000

I understand, following your previous refusal to provide information and a subsequent investigation by the Information Commissioner, you have now agreed to make information available in relation to Homes England and the location of Bristol's arena.

Please, therefore, will you now respond in full to the request below.

I read in Bristol Live that Sir Edward Lister, Chair of Homes England, has backed the possibility of moving Bristol’s Arena out of the city centre [ https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/news/brist... ].

In relation to this announcement, please provide all available information held by or on behalf of Homes England (or the previous Homes and Communities Agency) from 5th May 2016 to the present day, including:

- copies of all emails and attachments, reports, and any other correspondence between Homes England (or the previous Homes and Communities Agency) or its representatives and Bristol City Council or its representatives about the location of Bristol’s arena. Where an email has been identified please disclose the full thread for context.
- details of any telephone calls or teleconferences between Homes England (or the previous Homes and Communities Agency) or its representatives and Bristol City Council or its representatives about the location of Bristol’s arena. Please include the subject matter of the discussions, a copy of any agenda and any notes taken
- dates of any meetings at which the location of Bristol’s arena has been discussed, either internal meetings of Homes England (or the previous Homes and Communities Agency) or meetings between Bristol City Council or its representatives and Homes England (or the previous Homes and Communities Agency) or its representatives, together with associated information including:
(a) the location of the meeting;
(b) the identity of all persons in attendance;
(c) details of the subject matter of the discussions, a copy of any agenda and any notes of the meeting;
(d) who met the costs associated with the meetings, including a breakdown of the costs
