Dear Basildon Borough Council,

I would like to know any and all financial obligations levied on homeowners on Langdon Hills Estate, for the years 2015 to present day, including but not limited to those in respect of water, heating, electricity, lighting which are in addition to those covered by Council Tax, Essex and Suffolk Water charges, Anglian Water charges and household electric usage charges. I would like to know the breakdown of these additional charges and whether they are covered by payments from other sources.

Yours faithfully,

Mrs Jump
