Under Section 14(2) of the Freedom of Information Act, where a public
authority has previously complied with a request for information which was
made by any person, it is not obliged to comply with a subsequent
identical or substantially similar request from that person unless a
reasonable interval has elapsed between compliance with the previous
request and the making of the current request. This request is the 3^rd
such identical request made in this financial year to Bradford Council. A
detailed response was provided to whatdotheyknow.com on 1 May 2018.
Bradford Council will therefore not be responding to any further repeated
requests for this information.
The Council has reported its concerns regarding these repeated requests to
the Information Commissioner’s Office.
If you are not satisfied with this response you have the right to ask for
an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within
one month of the date of receipt of the response to your original request
and should be addressed to Freedom of Information Officer, 1st Floor
