I'm looking for data on homeowners that are in arrears on their mortgage payments.

They may have had a court hearing and fallen behind.

We sell houses quickly, so we want to offer the vendors a solution to this and offer a service to them.

I know the court hearings are public data and can therefore be requested, so are you able to supply these details please.
