Please provide the following information:

1. Does Colchester Borough Council have a relationship with Housing Reviews Limited to provide Section 202 reviews of homelessness decisions?

2. Does Colchester Borough Council have a separate contract with Housing Reviews Limited or are reviews commissioned on a case-by-case basis with Housing Reviews Limited’s standard terms?

3. How many Section 202 reviews have Colchester Borough Council commissioned Housing Reviews Limited to undertake in the last 5 financial years?

4. How much money did Colchester Borough Council spend per year on assessments to Housing Reviews Limited in the last 5 financial years?

5. If known, in the last 5 financial years, how many of the Section 202 reviews carried out by Housing Reviews Limited upheld the original homelessness decision of the local authority?

6. If known, in the last 5 financial years, how many individuals then subsequently (a) challenged their homelessness decision to the County Court (or higher court) and (b) how many were successful in that legal challenge?
