as being disabled?

What percentage of homeless people in North East Lincolnshire are
autistic?

What percentage of homeless people in North East Lincolnshire have severe
learning difficulties (pessimistically referred to as learning
disabilities)?

I can confirm that North East Lincolnshire Council does not hold or record
this information.
