1. How many 16-24-year olds were referred to the local housing authority/housing options team from the following services since the introduction of the HRA between the following dates:

(Note: “Referred” refers to 16-24-year olds who were considered to be homeless or threatened with homelessness by these services)

Services:
Prisons
Young Offender Institutions
Secure training centres
Secure colleges
Youth offending teams
Probation services (& CRCs)
Jobcentres
Social services (adult & children)
Emergency departments
Urgent treatment centres
Hospitals
Armed forces

Dates in question:

April 2018-June 2018
July-September 2018
October 2018-December 2018

2. Between October and December 2018, since the duty to refer, how many of the 16-24-year olds that were referred from the above groups were:

District Council and St Edmundsbury Borough Council are working together

Please see below completed table:  The duty to refer did not come into
effect until October 2018 – therefore we have been unable to provide any
data for the first two quarters as we have no means of looking at
referrals for those periods.
