1. How many properties do you currently have on Temporary Accommodation?
2. How many 3-4 bedrooms do you currently have on Temporary Accommodation?
3. Please can you advise us on the maximum that is paid per night for a Studio, 1 Bed, 2 Bed, 3 Bed & 4 Bed.
4. Please confirm your council's policy if the tenant you have placed with us has their application assessed and is subsequently rejected i.e. will the council continue to pay the rent until the tenant has vacated?
5. Who will be liable for the utility bills
6. If we were to supply accommodation on this basis, please can you give us contact names, telephone numbers & emails of the procurement team and temporary accommodation manager.

Further to your request received on 15/11/2024, I confirm that the Council
has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000. Specifically, you have requested the following information: For ease
of reference, I will now address each of your questions in turn.
How many properties do you currently have on Temporary Accommodation?

How many 3-4 bedrooms do you currently have on Temporary Accommodation?

Please can you advise us on the maximum that is paid per night for a
Studio, 1 Bed, 2 Bed, 3 Bed & 4 Bed.
We work as close to the PAN London rate as possible for all bed room
sizes.
Please confirm your councils policy if the tenant you have placed with us
has their application assessed and is subsequently rejected i.e. will the
council continue to pay the rent until the tenant has vacated?
If we no longer have a duty to house the client we will cancellation the
accommodation and send a cancellation notice to you for the last night.
Who will be liable for the utility bills.
It shall be the tenant’s responsibility.
