Homeless applications and domestic violence

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

Part A:

Could I please be provided with the following for the last 12 months:

1) The number of single homeless people who have approached the council for assistance who have been recorded as having experienced domestic violence?

2) Of the number in response to Q1, how many were female applicants?

3) Of the number in response to Q1, how many were found placements in the private sector?

4) Of the number in response to Q1, how many were given S184 decisions in relation to whether they were owed a main housing duty?

5) Of the number in response to Q4, how many were negative S184 decisions?

6)Of the number in response to Q5, how many were negative as the applicant had no priority need?

7) How many S202 reviews were completed of priority need decisions where the applicant was a single homeless person recorded as having experienced domestic violence?

8) Of the number in response to Q7, how many of the S202 reviews upheld the original S184 decision?
