There seem to be a lot of request regarding Lambeth new house policy that has changed to be unfair to lambeth residents. Along with changes that where made without consultation and data being held on the housing register that should be removed.

Dear Members Lambeth Living,

Your LAST response on, 12 November 2013, states
"We will now pass your enquiry to the person who can help and they will acknowledge your enquiry within two working days."

Today, 1st January 2014 - I have no answers to the questions, can you please respond prior to the end of this week with answers or at least why you have an unexplained delay.

Many thanks.

Yours sincerely,

Jaspal Sidhu

This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000

From our preliminary assessment, we estimate that compliance with your
request would exceed the appropriate costs limit under section 12 of the
Freedom of information Act 2000. This is currently £450.00. We estimate
that the cost will exceed this limit for the Council to comply with your
request. We have decided to refuse the request because Cost of identifying
information exceeeds appropriate limit. Section 12 (1) FOIA, does not
oblige a public authority to comply with a request for information if the
authority estimates that the cost of complying with the request would
exceed the appropriate limit. You may wish to reduce the scope of your
request.

If you are dissatisfied with the way in which your Freedom of Information
request has been dealt with you can request an internal review by
emailing: [email address] (Please quote the reference number above) or
by writing to:
