Thank you for your request for information of 21 Oct 2024 which has been
logged as RFI 8791 and has been dealt with under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. We confirm that Cheshire West and Chester Council
does hold information relating to your request.

 

For the purpose of clarity your request has been reproduced below:

 

Please can I request the current rates for Domicialiary/Homecare care
supply; both framework and out of framework rates. This should be for care
staffing supply across all ages;  children, young people and adults.

 

It would also be helpful if you could let us know the right point of
contact regarding Homecare supply engagements (Tendering or spot purchase)
. This could be supplier engagement officer, commisioning support team,
etc. Please include:

 

Name of the officer in charge, Email, Phone Number

The Commissioning contact is the Strategic Commissioning Contract Manager

The Council does not disclose the names of junior officers below director
level, we consider that the information is exempt from disclosure under
subsection 40 (2) FOIA and other ICO guidance which states that details of
junior employees attract an absolute exemption from disclosure and that
such requests are dealt with under the regulations set out by the Data

The Council considers that your request has been answered in full by
either confirming that information is not held, providing you with the
information requested, or explaining why any information has been withheld
and the reasons for any redaction. Where applicable, the Council has also
