the University which is required under section 17 of the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002 (“FOISA”) and under Regulation 10(4)(a) of the Environmental

about not being considered a 'home fee status student' by the government?
We do not record this information; therefore, it is exempt from release under Section

3. Has the University offered financial support to students who cannot access
financial support from the government? If so, how many students and what is
the totalling amount of financial aid in the academic year?
The university offers financial aid to students for a range of reasons; however, we do
not record whether access to government support was the reason. This information
is therefore exempt under Section 17: Information not held.

4. How many complaints have been made regarding difficulty or problems
accessing government financial support? (e.g from SFE or SAAS)
