We have now considered your request and confirm that we have only one
client who meets your criteria.  Their information, however, is exempt
under section 40 of the Act and will not be provided.

 

Section 40(2) (personal information) allows a public authority to withhold
information if its release would contravene the principles of the Data
Protection Act.

 

The information supplied may be used for domestic or journalistic
