Thank you for your request for information (under the Freedom of Information Act 2000). Your request was received on the 22.02.2021 and has been given the following reference number: RI1809. Please use this reference number in all future correspondence. Thank you.

We endeavour to respond to your request promptly, however we are permitted, under the Act, to take up to 20 working days - the first day being the first working day after the request is received (this does not include Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays or Public Holidays). FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND CORONAVIRUS
The UK's independent body, set up to uphold information rights is called the Information Commissioner's Office (the ICO). The ICO recognises the unprecedented challenges we are all facing during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. It is inevitable that Freedom of Information practices might not meet the University's usual standards during this time, therefore responses to requests may take longer than the 20-day limit. The ICO is understanding of this and will not penalise the University for prioritising other areas of compliance during this extraordinary period.

If you have any queries about this acknowledgement and/or your request, or if at any stage you are unhappy with the way in which your request is being dealt with, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail ([email address]).

Thank you very much.

Yours sincerely,
